What is the job all about?
We are looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic & attention to detail. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.
Do I work alone or in a team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed in a team setting, but there are options for solo scheduling. You must have reliable transportation to mobilize to the work sites.
Where & when will I work?
Houses, Condos, & Apartments in the vilas county area including Eagle River, Sugar Camp, St Germain, Three Lakes, Phelps, Conover, & Land O'Lakes. Work is scheduled Monday - Sunday, with the availability to customize your schedule.
How do I check my cleaning schedule?
We use software you can download right to your phone to see your daily schedule - most schedules are made a month in advance.
How much will I make?
We pay on average $18 - $21/hr depending on experience, plus tips, drive time, & end of season incentives.
How do I get paid?
We pay bi-weekly through direct deposit to your bank account.

Qualifications
Detail Oriented & committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, & ability to work both independently & as a team player.
​
Excellent communication skills.
​
Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train motivated individuals.
​
Reliable transportation with insurance & a valid driver's license.
​
Available on agreed upon scheduled days, Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm Sat & Sun 9am to 4pm
